Searching for air traffic control App for Mode-S receiver ? PP Friend is the one and only App for your Mode-S receiver and PlanePlotter software or Kinetic Avionics SBS-1 with Basestation software. This App shows plane list with lot of infos (callsign, position, speed etc., based on data transmitted by plane transponder and received by Mode-S receiver) and realtime map with country flags and plane sihlouettes. A Mode-S receiver and PlanePlotter (or Basestation) software ARE ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
